Buying from the Site
Please browse the site and add items which you wish to buy to the basket. You need to remember to add the name you require if the item is to be personalised (please ensure spelling is correct!) and to leave me any special instructions you have about your item in the box provided. Not sure ? please contact me and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Next click checkout which will take you to secure payment. When I receive your order I will email a confirmation to you, if the details are incorrect please let me know. I will then be in a position to give you an approximate dispatch date. If you need your item by a special date please ensure you have told me this. We can not be responsible for the postage service, our items will be packed in a safe and secure manner and I obtain proof of postage with every parcel. If a product will be unavailable or delayed I will let you know. Postage is charged at a flat rate UK of £2.50 and overseas £5.50 per item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know. Please note that items which have been personalised or customised can not be returned.
